Switching from another booking system?
Start with your customers. Use the Zenvera CSV template for other systems, or use the original Ubindi export for supported Ubindi files. Preview your file before confirming.

Prepare and import your customer list
- Export your customer list from your current system as a CSV file. Keep a backup of the original export.
- Open the export in a spreadsheet app. In a copy, keep two columns with these exact headings: DisplayName and Email. Combine first and last names into DisplayName. Put one customer on each row.
- Remove other columns from this copy, including notes, payment details and pass balances. Check that each row has a name and a valid email address. Check duplicate emails and names containing commas.
- Save as CSV (UTF-8 if offered), keeping the heading row. Use the spreadsheet app’s CSV export so names containing commas are quoted correctly. Maximum file size: 1 MB; maximum data rows: 5,000.
- Sign in as the business owner or an admin. Open People → Import data, choose your file and select Preview import. CSV import must be included in your plan.
- Review the names, emails and results. Previewing sends nothing. Fix invalid rows in your CSV and upload again if needed. Customers already in your business are skipped.
- Select Confirm import when you are ready to contact customers. After saving, follow View imported data to review the saved source records. Manage current customers in People.

Confirming sends invitations or notifications to customers added to your business. New invitations expire after 7 days. Pending invitations may be resent.
Passes, history and billing
The general template imports customers only. Other systems’ pass, class, video and subscription exports are not accepted directly. The additional record imports currently require the supported Ubindi formats. They do not automatically activate passes, bookings, video access or recurring payments. Payment details are not transferred.
