Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain your relationship with Zenvera Booking, operated by Zenvera LLC. They cover the platform; each independent business is responsible for the services it offers and its own policies.
At a glance
Keep your account secure, follow the rules of the business you book with, and use the platform responsibly. Business owners manage their services and customer policies. Platform subscriptions are separate from customer purchases.
This summary is a guide. Please read the full document below.
Agreement to these Terms
Zenvera Booking is operated by Zenvera LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and the policies of any business whose services you use.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or have any authorization required by applicable law. Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Protect your sign-in credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Where offered, you may sign in through an external identity provider; that provider’s terms also apply.
Business accounts
Owners and administrators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business details, schedules, prices, policies, communications and uploaded content, and for managing staff access. Zenvera supplies scheduling and business software. The independent business or service provider supplies the services offered through it.
Customers and business policies
For questions about a booking or service, contact the business providing it. Its cancellation rules, waivers and other published policies apply to your relationship with that business. A business waiver is separate from these platform Terms and does not replace them.
Bookings and cancellations
Booking, waitlist, attendance, pass and membership rules depend on the supported platform features and the business’s published settings and policies. Review the price, timing and cancellation information before confirming. Where supported, the platform applies refunds or restores pass usage when a cancellation qualifies, including business cancellation of a booked session. A waitlist entry is not a confirmed booking.
Payments
Card checkout and billing use Stripe. Complete card numbers and card security codes are handled by Stripe, not stored by Zenvera Booking. We keep transaction information needed to reconcile payments and operate bookings. Stripe’s terms may apply. Business charges, Zenvera subscription charges and applicable platform or processing fees are distinct; review the information shown before paying.
Platform subscriptions and plans
The selected plan determines available features, limits, trial terms, price and billing interval. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown when you subscribe. Supported paid upgrades take effect after the required invoice is paid; downgrades or a paid move to Free are scheduled for the end of the paid period. Unused time on a downgrade remains available until that period ends rather than becoming a cash refund. Manage changes through business billing controls and review their confirmation before proceeding.
Passes, memberships and refunds
Customer passes and memberships are sold by the relevant business and are separate from its Zenvera plan. The business is responsible for their terms and refund decisions, subject to applicable law and supported platform rules. Where supported, cancelling a recurring customer membership ends renewal at the end of its paid period; revocation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact the business about customer purchases and Zenvera support about charges for a Zenvera platform subscription.
Online services and third parties
The service may use Stripe, connected Zoom accounts and external sign-in providers such as Microsoft or Google where enabled. Businesses may also supply HTTPS meeting links from other providers. A meeting link does not itself create a native integration. Third-party services have their own terms and availability, which Zenvera does not control.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zenvera the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions to submit it, including images and information about other people. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
Communications
We send account, security, booking, payment and service messages needed to operate Booking. Businesses can send supported customer communications and are responsible for their content, lawful delivery and respect for communication preferences. Preferences for optional messages do not necessarily stop essential account or transaction messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement or misuse of personal information. Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, interfere with the service or access another business’s data without authorization.
Service availability
We work to operate a reliable service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, internet problems or provider outages. Features and integrations may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every third-party service will remain available.
Platform intellectual property
Zenvera Booking software, branding, design and platform materials belong to Zenvera LLC or their respective licensors. These Terms permit you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or authorize use of our branding beyond that use.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, abuse, applicable non-payment or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the restriction and how to contact support. Ending access does not automatically erase records that must be retained or cancel obligations already incurred.
Service disclaimers
Zenvera provides software for scheduling and business operations, not the services offered by independent businesses, including medical, financial or other professional services. Each provider is responsible for its services and qualifications. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights or warranties that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenvera LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any non-excludable consumer rights. Responsibility for services supplied by an independent business remains with that provider.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections and rights available under the law that applies to you are not removed by this provision.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date, last-updated date and document version appear above. For material changes, we will provide notice or seek renewed acceptance when appropriate or required by law. Review the current Terms before using new or changed features.
