Moving from Ubindi?
Start with your customers. Then, if needed, bring over pass balances and past attendance. Upload one CSV file at a time.
Import your customers
- Export your customer list from Ubindi. Keep the original students.csv file, including its column headings: First name, Last name and Email. You do not need to rename the columns.
- Sign in as the business owner or an admin. Open People → Import data, choose students.csv, then select Preview import. Your plan must include CSV import.
- Review the names, email addresses and results. Check any invalid rows or duplicate emails before continuing. Customers already in your business are skipped. Previewing does not send invitations.
- Select Confirm import when you are ready to invite customers. Zenvera joins each customer’s first and last name for you.
Confirming sends invitations or notifications to customers added to your business. New invitations expire after 7 days. Pending invitations may be resent.
Optional: passes and past attendance
Remaining pass credits
Upload passes.csv in People → Import data after importing your customers. Then the owner opens Passes → Imported pass balances, chooses the matching active pass, checks the credits and expiry date, and selects Grant imported balance. Until granted, these credits are not available to book.
Pass files do not contain email addresses, so Zenvera matches customers by name. If two customers have the same name, or no customer matches, resolve the name before granting credits. Only balances with credits remaining can be granted.
Past attendance
Upload classes.csv in People → Import data. View past attendance in History. These records do not create new bookings or future classes.
What does not transfer automatically
Video and subscription files are saved for reference only in History → Imported data. They do not give customers video access or start recurring payments. Payment details are not imported. Set up future classes and new billing separately.
