This summary is a guide. Please read the full document below.
Who we are
Zenvera LLC operates Zenvera Booking. This policy covers information handled for the platform. Independent businesses use Booking to manage their own customers and services; their own privacy notices may also apply. Contact us with platform privacy questions, and contact the business about how it uses information for its services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Booking, we receive account and profile details, email addresses, external identity-provider identifiers, business information, bookings, attendance, passes, memberships, communication preferences, transaction metadata, support messages and uploaded profile or business images. We also process technical, usage and security information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request and error records. Information may come from you, an authorized business user or a connected provider.
Payment-card information
Stripe handles payment-card entry and processing. Zenvera Booking does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. We retain payment and subscription references, amounts, currency, status and related transaction metadata needed for bookings, billing, reconciliation and refunds. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials in support messages.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Booking: sign-in and account management; scheduling, bookings and attendance; passes, payments and subscriptions; connected online meetings; service messages and reminders; support; security and fraud prevention; troubleshooting and product improvement; and applicable legal or accounting obligations. We use information for these service purposes rather than for selling personal information.
Information across businesses
One account may interact with several independent businesses. Owners, administrators and providers can access information needed for their business according to their roles and permissions. Membership in one business does not authorize access to another business’s customer records. Public business pages show information intended for publication, such as business descriptions, schedules and images.
Service providers and integrations
We use Stripe for payments and billing, Zoom where an account is connected, and Microsoft or Google for external sign-in where enabled and selected. SmarterASP provides hosting, database and email services. These providers process information needed for their functions. A business may instead provide a meeting link to another service; following that link is subject to that service’s privacy practices. Connecting an integration may require securely retaining authorization credentials and relevant account or meeting identifiers.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information as needed with the business you interact with, service providers operating Booking and integrations you or an authorized business user choose. We may also disclose information to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or support a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable protections.
Cookies and browser storage
Booking uses cookies for sign-in, request protection, language preference and remembering a business or referral where applicable. Browser session storage helps restore supported form drafts and navigation state. These features support the application; we do not use advertising cookies in Booking. Connected providers may use their own cookies under their policies. You can manage browser storage in your browser, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Data retention
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record, including ongoing service needs, legal and accounting obligations, security, disputes and operational recovery. Closing an account or business does not automatically delete all related booking, payment or audit records. Contact support about retention or deletion requests; we will consider applicable obligations and explain relevant limitations. The time needed to respond depends on the records involved and applicable requirements.
Security
We use safeguards such as role-based access controls, protected sign-in and integration credentials, and validation of service requests. We also work with our service providers to protect information in day-to-day operations. No system or transmission is completely secure. Protect your account and report suspected misuse to support. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in uploaded content or support requests.
Your choices and requests
Use available account controls to update your profile and available communication settings to manage preferences. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about other rights that apply in your location. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with a business responsible for the relevant records. Some information must be retained for lawful purposes; requests do not automatically cancel bookings or financial obligations.
International users
Zenvera LLC is based in the United States. Booking information may be processed in the United States and in locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Contact support for questions about processing locations and any protections required for your circumstances.
Children and family bookings
Participation requirements for a business’s services are set by that business and applicable law. A business waiver does not itself authorize a child to create a platform account or establish parental consent for platform data processing. If you have concerns about information relating to a child, contact support so we can review the circumstances and applicable requirements with the relevant business.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date, last-updated date and document version appear above. We will provide notice of material changes as appropriate or required by law. Any additional consent required by applicable law will be handled separately from acknowledging this policy.
